My Journey
For as long as I can remember, I've been on the weight loss rollercoaster. You know the one—ups and downs, trying every diet under the sun, only to end up back where I started. It was exhausting. I felt trapped in a cycle that seemed never-ending. But about 6 or 7 years ago, something changed. I discovered a new approach to my health, one that didn't involve constant restriction or guilt. And guess what? I lost 25 kg (52 lbs) and have kept it off ever since. This transformation was not just about shedding pounds; it was about gaining a new sense of confidence and joy in my everyday life.

The Turning Point
The turning point for me was realizing that traditional diets focus too much on what we can't have, and not enough on what we can do to feel good. I started focusing on holistic well-being—mindful eating, balanced nutrition, and lifestyle changes. I learned to listen to my body, to understand its needs, and to nourish it accordingly. This shift in mindset was liberating. It allowed me to break free from the guilt and stress that had accompanied my eating habits for so long.
